We just know that if you follow your natural instincts you’ll be eating donuts and stressed out all the time. Don’t you wish we were programmed to just be carefree and happy all the time?

Anyway, if you’re here it means you’re familiar enough with my work to know that I’m the girl to help you. And truly, I’m honored. I can’t wait to get to know you deeply. I already love you and I believe in you. It’s not going to be long before you feel emotionally stable, confident in how you look and who you are, and a total pro at boundaries and relationships.

Just find a time that works best for your schedule and we’ll meet over zoom. It’ll just take 50 minutes and after that, you’ll get access to the course and direct access to me (via video, text, or voice chat) for each time you want help applying the things you learn. Whether that’s daily or weekly, I’ll be right there with you to help you conquer even the trickiest of problems.
