Q: What is a consultation?

A: On this call we’re going to get to know each other. I want to make sure I get exactly what you’re going through before we decide to work together. I’ll give you a roadmap for what we’re doing for the next 3 months and the exact steps we’re going to take to have you anxiety free in just 12 weeks.

Q: Can I reschedule my call?

A: You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the call.

Q: Is this a high pressure sales call?

A: yuck. That makes my stomach feel sick. Nope- we don’t do that here. Pressure = more anxiety. Which is exactly what we’re getting away from. This is a clarity call. I want you to see your anxiety how I see it and walk away feeling excited and hopeful that you can feel better.
